Notice-Reminder: Food Deliveries Policy, 23-24

FOOD DELIVERIES POLICY SY23-24
1.) No 3rd party delivery services (UberEats, DoorDash, Domino's Pizza delivery, etc.)
2.) No food deliveries during the academic day. (There is an exception to this rule, which is noted in #5.)
3.) Regarding weekday dorm hours, parents/guardians may deliver food between the timeframe of 3:35 PM - 8:30 PM.
4.) Regarding weekend dorm hours, parents/guardians may deliver food between the hours of 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
5.) Birthday Exception: Parents/gurdians may deliver cake, treats, or food on their student's lunch period, or after 4:00 PM. Parents/guardians MUST coordinate with the ACADEMIC OFFICE for lunch period deliveries, or with the STUDENT LIVING OFFICE for afterschool delivery for this specific purpose.
Student Living requests that parents/guardians please be cognizant of Study Hall times in the afternoons to avoid interruptions. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
