HEALTH CENTER STAFF
Caroline Manzanares, RN BSN, is the School Nursing Supervisor for Santa Fe Indian School Health Center. She began her nursing career as a school nurse, and after branching out to gain additional occupational growth opportunities, she has returned to her passion- working with adolescents. Being new to Santa Fe Indian School, she is enthusiastic about working alongside a strong leadership team and feels blessed to serve the students and staff here at SFIS.
She enjoys outings with family and her beloved dogs, and has purposed to have gratitude for each new day.
Helene Quintana, RN, BSN is from Cochiti Pueblo, NM. Helene graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Nursing. She previously worked for the Kewa Community as a Public Health Nurse.
Helene is excited and blessed to be welcomed here at SFIS as the School Nurse and looks forward to this new experience.
She enjoys working with Native Youth as they are among the most engaging and intriguing audiences to work with. Helene enjoys maintaining her own wellness while always having fun. She loves to run, snowboard, hike and travel and enjoys live music.
Sarah Coriz, Health Assistance is from the Pueblo of Nambe. Sarah likes working at SFIS and is nearing 6 years here and is excited for many more to come. She loves the SFIS community, the unity that is formed here which has become her extended Family.
One of her favorite things about teenagers is that she loves how they have their minds, goals set and are determined to reach them. All the while still feeling the need for a mentor to look up to and go to for guidance. Sarah's interest includes taking family vacations and walks with her husband and children, shopping and just hanging out. Sarah loves everything about Disney and is always happy to share what she knows about the facts and the ins and outs of Disney. Her favorite sports team is the L.A Lakers.
Best of all Sarah loves making people laugh and having a good time with others, this makes her the Happiest !
