This is an RFP for the Strategic Plan

Santa Fe Indian School (SFIS) seeks the services of an experienced strategic planning firm to guide the institution through a comprehensive planning process that will shape the school’s future direction. SFIS faces both opportunities and challenges that require a holistic, inclusive, and forward-looking approach.

The strategic planning effort will address the full scope of the school’s operations, including academic programs, student support services, cultural programming, facilities, finance, governance, and community engagement.

Through consultation with SFIS leadership and staff, the selected firm will help SFIS articulate a shared vision, establish clear priorities, and design actionable strategies that ensure sustainability, excellence, and cultural relevance for years to come.

This is an RFP for Project Management and Design Technical Support for the SFIS Broadband Program.

We are looking for qualified individuals and/or firms licensed in New Mexico. 

Due to the high volume of proposals and the work schedules of our review committee, we are extending the review period.

Our updated target for next steps is:

• New notification of shortlist/next steps: September 9^th – 11^th, 2025
• Anticipated interview window: September 16^th – 18^th, 2025
• Final selection: September 22^nd – 24^th, 2025
• Final Acceptance target: October 3^rd, 2025
