Schoolwide Updates

SY 23-24 COVID / Communicable Illness Mitigation Plan, and updated Student and Staff Guidance Tree's have been uploaded and made available for your information regarding current practices (see links above).

SY 23-24 Updates:

  • Vaccination - Everyone aged 6 years and older should get 1 updated Pfizer-BioNTech  or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to be up-to-date (CDC update as of June 7, 2023).
  • Masking - not required (masking remains in the Mitigation Plan to be reimplemented if necessary).
  • Physical distancing - not required (physical distanceing remains in the Mitigation Plan to be reimplemented as necessary).
  • Gatherings - restrictions have been lifted (phased approach remains in Mitigation Plan to be reimplemented as necessary).

The SFIS Health Center and Academic offices work together to maintain a running list of student illness and reason form absenteeism. If you keep your student home due to illness please notify both the Academic office and the Health Center.
