Budget and Grants Manager

Description:

The Budget and Grants Manager provides information on matters pertaining to Schools Budget and Federal, State and Private Grants Compliance to the Chief Financial Officer, the Superintendent and staff to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, internal controls and/or regulations, and addresses a variety of administrative needs and procedures. The Budget and Grants Manager, manages and coordinates budgeting activities and the implementation of the organizations budget policies. The Budget and Grants Manager works as part of the SFIS Finance/Accounting team, using the SFIS Core Values to achieve the SFIS Vision and Goals to support the SFIS mission articulated in the Ideal Graduate statement.

Custodian

Description:

The custodian ensures that all athletic buildings, facilities, and equipment are clean, sanitary, functional and properly arranged for sporting events and/or special functions. Performs custodial maintenance duties, including dusting, mopping, finishing and buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, cleaning and restocking restrooms. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

HS diploma or equivalent and must possess or have ability to obtain within sixty days of employment and must maintain a valid NM Class D driver’s license and three (3) years of experience in performing custodial duties, preferably in a school setting.

Description:

Provides academic counseling for students and informational services for students and parents. Assists students with college and career planning. The Counselor acts as a liaison between the Academic and Student Living departments to assure acquisition of a quality education.

Information Technology Coordinator

Description:

The IT Department Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of the IT Department workflow, immediate supervision of employees and management of the IT office. The coordinator is also responsible for all equipment and services provided and must have the technical capacity to advise and oversee the work of Network and System Administrators as well as Network and Mobile Device Technicians.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, a technology related area, Business Administration, or other field of study, with significant relevant IT work experience.
• Four (4) years of supervisory experience in an IT related field. Educational setting with a master’s degree in an IT related field, preferred. Or a combination of education and experience to equal eight (8) years.
• Experience working with Native American students, and Native American or Tribal entities preferred.
• Must possess a valid NM Driver’s License.
• Must complete and successfully pass a complete background investigation, including FBI fingerprint check.; U.S. Citizenship is required.

Substance Abuse (LSAA) Counselor

Responsible for individual and group substance abuse counseling, substance abuse assessments, case management, and service referrals for identified students. Works in collaboration with other departments to promote the wellbeing of students.

New Mexico LADAC/LSAA counseling license

Must maintain required annual Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and other requirements necessary to maintain professional licensure.

Description:

The General Maintenance Worker will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and other building systems. Performs inspections, of facilities, grounds, and equipment to ensure that all students, staff, and community are provided a functioning, safe, attractive and clean environment for learning and work.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diplomas or equivalent. Two (2) years building maintenance and repairs to include plumbing, painting and some electrical experience, experience in operating heavy equipment; operate assigned vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Licensed or Certification in plumbing, electricity or welding, preferred.
