Afterschool Monitor

Salary: $17/hr.

Qualifications:

HS diploma or equivalent, possess valid driver’s license, successful background check and pre-employment drug screen required. Experience working in a school setting, and with Native American students preferred. 

Description:

Responsible for monitoring day students during the afterschool hours.  The monitor will take attendance of students remaining on campus for sports practice and study hall activities.  Monitor will also ensure that students are not loitering in between study hall and practice sites as well as assist with monitoring in the cafeteria during the dinner hour.  Monitor will make sure that students are on bus leaving campus at 6 p.m.

Conditions of Employment: Able to comply with the immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986; obtain a successful Criminal History Background Check as per PL 101-647 and 45 CFR 1301; must provide official transcripts; and SFIS Superintendent approval.
