COVID Screening

To help speed up the check-in process at the front gate for the graduation ceremony please ensure that you and your guests ask yourselves these 5 questions before leaving the house for graduation:

Screening Questions:

1) Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19, within the last 14 days?

2) Have you been tested for COVID-19 in the last 14 days? Are you currently awaiting test results?

3) Have you experienced fever, cough, and/or shortness of breath in the last 14 days?

4) Have you returned from international travel in the last 14 days? Including cruises, air travel, outside or within the U.S.?

5) Have you had an upset stomach, vomiting, or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?

If your answer is "yes" to any of these questions, you cannot enter the SFIS Campus.
