Transcript Request

Requests must come directly from the person indicated on the transcript unless the request is for a current Santa Fe Indian School student. A parent or legal guardian may request a transcript on behalf of a current SFIS student. 

Email requests for transcripts to: admissions@sfis.k12.nm.us

Your request must include the following information:

  • Full name of current SFIS student or SFIS alumni 
    • First, Middle Initial, Last
  • Date of Birth
  • Year of graduation or, the last year of attendance at the Santa Fe Indian School.
  • Name of the recipient and/or receiving institution 
  • Specify if you need an official or unofficial transcript.
  • Recipient's email or mailing address
  • Additional directions, if applicable.   

Allow 2-3 days for your request to be processed. You may contact our office at (505) 989-6370 to follow-up or, request a follow-up by email in your request.
