Transcript & Education Verification Requests

Parchment Notification and Fee Waiver Request

Santa Fe Indian School is utilizing Parchment for transcript requests and education verifications by third-party agencies. SFIS Alumni who request transcripts through Parchment will incur a $10.00 fee per transcript request. At SFIS we understand a fee for transcripts may be challenging for some of our alumni. During this period of transition to Parchment, if you are not able to pay the fee due to financial circumstances, please email Admissions@sfis.k12.nm.us and we will reach out to you for more information. 

Notification for Third-Party Requestors

Requests by third-party requestors for transcripts must be submitted through Parchment. Requests must be accompanied by the signed consent of the student authorizing the release of information.
