High School Credit Recovery Summer School 2026

Dear SFIS High School Parents/Guardians,

We hope this email finds you well. Santa Fe Indian School will be hosting the Credit Recovery Summer School from June 1, 2026 to June 26, 2026, offering an opportunity for credit recovery in English and Math courses: English I, English II, English III, and Geometry. Courses offered are dependent on teacher availability and student enrollment. 

Ms. Jagles and Ms. Huffman will teach English and Cynthia Salvatierra will teach Geometry/Algebra II to provide engaging instruction and individualized attention to ensure your child's success. 

·        Session 1, Semester 1 Credit Recovery, June 1- 26, 2026

·        Session 2, Semester 2 Credit Recovery, June 15- 26, 2026

·        Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

·        Courses offered: English and Math 

·        Bus transportation provided for students in the North and South bus routes.

·        There is no online option for credit recovery and the dorms will be closed for Credit Recovery Summer School. 

·        One missed day is an automatic drop (due to the rigor of the course) no exceptions

·        Meals: Breakfast and lunch are provided

·        Attendance  is required! Completion of the final exam on the last day of the sessions scheduled from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, is also required.

Kindly complete the enrollment form by Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 5:00 pm for credit recovery Semester 2. Please note that courses provided are determined by enrollment. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity and enroll your child in the Credit Recovery Summer School program. The expectation in high school is that students pass Math and English in order to move on to the next grade level. If students do not complete their credit recovery program by June 26th, it may impact their ability to move up a grade and will limit course options in their schedules.
